I just heard on the radio that deciding what to do with John Terry is the hardest decision Fabio Capello has had to face since becoming England manager.
So, for a job earning him millions (£6m p/a, apparently) over a couple of years, the hardest thing he’s had to do is the sort of decision that people working in HR departments across the country have to deal with daily.
