I’ve been getting rather obsessed with looking through other people’s stuff on The Items We Carry group on Flickr, so I thought I should really do my own. I basically carry all this crap wherever I happen to go.
If you click on the picture, you can see all my notes saying what everything is, if you’re really that interested.

Stuart will be very impressed with your reading of the Economist!
That’s a hell of a lot to carry around. Down and Out in London and Paris is a top book, though.

I’ve only come to The Economist recently, but my god it’s a great magazine - amazingly well written and researched.
And yeah, I do carry around rather a lot, but then I use most of it every day.

This is a beautiful photo. You can tell a lot about a person from the items they carry. I’d post my own, but I’m afraid I’d edit myself to try to seem hipper than I really am.

Hmm. Now Yedna suggests it, I think I might do a similar photo. (May I also comment how beautifully composed your effort is, minifig.) But I carry completely different stuff every day. Which bits should I choose?

Thanks for your comments on the composition!
NF: Well, why not just pick a day and take a photo of that stuff. I carry almost identical stuff every day (other than the fact that sometimes I take out my other camera) so I didn’t really need to make any decisions about it all.
The magazines and the book changes of course…
